PP-14

PP-14 PTA torch is intended for inside plasma transferred arc surfacing (PTA-process) of different parts by Fe-, Ni- and Co-based alloys.

Pure argon (99.995% Ar) is used as a working gas.

• Minimum inside diameter to be surfaced: 55 mm

• Available replaceable plasma nozzles with different orifice diameter. They are used in combinations (plasma nozzle/focusing nozzle): 3.0/6.5 and 3.5/6.5 mm

• Fully dismountable design

• Available options with different length of tubes: 330mm (basic) / 600mm

• Powder feeding system – internal

• Real powder losses: <5%

• Direct cooling of all loaded parts
