Surfacing

Many parts of machines and mechanisms operating under severe operating conditions are subjected to intense abrasive wear, corrosion, erosion and impact loads, which leads to their rapid breakdown. Surfacing allows to improve their technical characteristics and significantly increase the service life.

To perform the surfacing works we have an automated and mechanized equipment for plasma transferred arc surfacing (PTA) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and also a wide range of cladding powders.
