PM-PF-10

Powder feeder PM-PF-10 is designed for supply and batching of a powder to a surfacing zone during PTA surfacing.

Powder feeder is drum type.

Argon is used as a transport gas.

Supplied together with the control unit PFCU5G.



Features

• Fully quiet
• Direct drum drive
• Drive type – stepper motor
• Has a possibility to regulate a gap between tube and drum in the range of 0-3 mm for fine adjustment of the powder feeding
• Control system is based on programmable logic controller (PLC). Control is carried out by 3.5" touch-screen (HMI) panel
• Can be integrated to a common PTA machine control system or robot and controlled remotely
• Built-in gas system with a flow meter
