PM-150M
Pure argon (99.995% Ar) is used as a working gas.
Operational control of a welding process is carried out by a remote control station.
PM-150М is very effective for surfacing of complicated curvilinear surfaces in handicraft job-shop industry, machinery parts renewal or new one production.

Система керування установки PM-150М виконана на базі PLC.
Таке технічне рішення розширює технологічні можливості встановлення, дозволяє гнучке переналагодження та використання установки в автоматичному режимі під час використання машинних плазмотронів.

Установка додатково містить обертач з віссю, що нахиляється, і програмований коливач плазмотрона, закріплений на штативі з можливістю вертикального переміщення.
На такій установці можна наплавляти торцеві, циліндричні та конічні поверхні різних негабаритних деталей, наприклад клапани двигунів внутрішнього згоряння, запірної арматури, золотників, втулок і т.д. Осьове переміщення плазмотрону в межах 100 мм забезпечує каретка коливача.
Керування всіма механізмами установки здійснюється з одного пульта.
