PP-8-03 medium-productive PTA torch is intended for inside and outside plasma transferred arc surfacing (PTA-process) of different parts by Fe-, Ni- and Co-based alloys.

Pure argon (99.995% Ar) is used as a working gas.

• Minimum inside diameter to be surfaced: 230 mm

• Available replaceable plasma and focusing nozzles with different orifice diameter. They are used in combinations (plasma nozzle/focusing nozzle): 3/6 and 4/8 mm

• Fully dismountable design

• Available holders with different length: 150mm / 300mm (basic) / 500mm / 750mm / 1000mm

• Powder feeding system – internal

• Real powder losses: <5%

• Direct cooling of all loaded parts
