PTA torches

Today we can offer you the following models of the PTA torches, which will accommodate to any powder overlay industrial applications.

Our PTA torches are designed on the basis of wide experimental investigations of plasma arc energetic characteristics, phenomena of powder heating in the plasma arc and molten pool, thermal-physical features of the parent metal.

Generally all of these PTA torches have an internal distributed powder feed that provides high efficiency of heating a powder and its minimal losses. Pure argon (99,995% Ar) is used as a working gas.
